Program Description

Siebel Systems, founded in 1993 had revenue of $1.64 billion in 2002, employs over 6,000 employees and over fifty technical communicators.

Denise Asplund, Director, Technical Publications, Siebel Systems, Inc. will speak about the current economy and how their technical publications department is managed through changing times.

About our Presenter

Denise has been at Siebel Systems since 1999. Prior to Siebel, Denise worked as an editor at Hewlett-Packard and the University of California. In addition, she has worked as a freelance technical consultant. Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in English from UC Davis.
