Program Description

Change of software or processes in a company is often a painful process. We as technical communicators can be instrumental in making that change more accepted and understood by staff and managers alike. Whether as trainers or writers, we can provide the tools to help make change not only accepted but fun. And who better than Lance Gelein (who can make anything fun) to show us how.

This is the perfect program for the holidays---so don’t miss out. Come to the December meeting to learn of things you can do to ease the change in your companies. And participate in the fun and games that accompany that process.

See Lance's presentation.

About our Presenter

Lance Gelein is a frequent and enthusiastically received speaker throughout the STC world. He has held STC offices at both the local and international levels. At the local level, he was President and Employment Manager of the Sacramento Chapter. At the international level, he served on the STC International Board of Directors as Director-Sponsor, Second Vice President, First Vice President and President.

Committed to accurate and state-of-the-art communication, Lance often is employing new ideas and techniques the rest of us haven’t even thought of yet.
