In order to get the members advanced reservation discount, we must receive your reservation by the Monday before the meeting (three days in advance). You can reserve and pay using PayPal or reserve by email.

Paid reservations are not refundable and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Send an email to the chapter Treasurer, Joe Humbert that you are reserving a spot at the meeting. If Joe receives the email by the Monday before the meeting you will receive the member’s advanced reservation discount. You can then pay by check or cash at the door.
