In this issue itself, contributing editor Don Huntington tells us how he ended up writing about janitorial services. Lenore Weiss, long-time member, talks about her current job at AC Transit. Gwaltney Mountford has an informative article about chapter leadership. In keeping with the spirit of Halloween, we have a horror story by Adrienne Tange.
